The staff was really friendly. My room was well cleaned and very confortable, also it was very big. The breakfast was good and the restaurant was open for dinner as well. The hotel is located on an avenue and it is easy to access. The room had a bathtub with hydro-massage jets, and it worked well. The price was good for the region. I liked my stay.

the hotel staff were very nice and helpful, the room is big and clean, parking is available and street parking is also easy and available making it a perfect stay if you are traveling by car, the restaurant is good and open late

Room was okay, but disappointed that there was no Iron to press my cloths. As a minimum, there should be ironing service provided by the hotel if there are no pressing irons in the room, or a common area to iron your cloths

Hotel was very clean, bed was comfortable, water preassure strong, breakfast was good.

The area is very good and safe. It's about 8 - 10 min walk from the train station. Plenty of markets and cafes in the area. The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is pretty good for 7 EUR. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I can't single it down to any 5 things. It was an amazing hotel. I will be coming back next year I was so impressed.

Location was a fair distance from Madrid Central but commutable by train. Reception welcomed in a friendly manner and answered all my questions. Buffet breakfast good.
